A new high-touch individual program with community components that my friend Alyson Haines and I are launching this year, starting with early access enrollment that is NOW OPEN!
The program will “officially” launch in Summer 2026, but we are opening up early access to a few women who are ready to take action.

This program is about rewiring neural pathways that are keeping you stuck. It’s about identifying disembodied patterns of behavior and interrupting them. It’s about bringing the subconscious to the conscious.
We’re looking for women who are ready to go deep. Women that are not afraid to explore the complex emotions we grew up suppressing. Women who are familiar with the work and want to step into a deeper embodiment and integration of it.
